🛒 Ingredients (Samagri)
• ½ cup Foxtail Millet ya Little Millet
• ¼ cup Yellow Moong Dal
• 3 cup Paani
• 1 tsp Adrak (bareek kata hua)
• ½ tsp Kali Mirch
• 1 tsp Jeera
• 8–10 Curry Patta
• 8–10 Kaju
• 1–2 tbsp Ghee
• Namak swad anusar
• 1 pinch Haldi (optional)
👩🍳 Recipe (Banane Ki Vidhi)
Step 1: Wash & Prep
Millet aur moong dal ko achhe se dho kar saaf kar lo.
Step 2: Cooking
Pressure cooker mein millet, moong dal aur 3 cup paani daalo.
Namak aur haldi add karo.
3–4 seeti tak cook hone do.
Step 3: Tadka
Ek chhoti kadhai mein ghee garam karo.
Jeera, kali mirch, adrak, curry patta aur kaju daal kar halka golden hone tak bhuno.
Step 4: Mix
Ye garma garam tadka cooked pongal mein daal do.
Achhe se mix karo jab tak creamy texture na aa jaye.
