Easy & Healthy Ragi Poha Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 2):
• Ragi poha – 1 cup
• Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
• Green chilli – 1 (optional)
• Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
• Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
• Curry leaves – 8–10
• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
• Peanuts – 2 tbsp (optional)
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Salt – as per taste
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Coriander leaves – for garnish

Method:

  1. Rinse ragi poha quickly in water and drain immediately.

  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them crackle.

  3. Add peanuts and roast lightly.

  4. Add curry leaves, green chilli, and onions. Sauté until soft.

  5. Add turmeric powder and salt.

  6. Add ragi poha and mix gently on low flame.

  7. Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes.

  8. Switch off flame, add lemon juice, garnish with coriander, and serve hot.
