🌾 What Are Multimillets?

Multimillets are a powerful combination of millets like jowar, bajra, ragi, foxtail millet, little millet, and more. They help in:

🍲 Easy Multimillet Recipe (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Unbelly PI Multimillet mix

  • 2½ cups water

  • 1 tsp oil or ghee

  • ½ tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped green chilli

  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ tsp turmeric

Method:

  1. Rinse the multimillet mix once and drain.

  2. Heat oil/ghee in a cooker or pan.

  3. Add cumin seeds, onion, and green chilli. Sauté lightly.

  4. Add vegetables, turmeric, and salt.

  5. Add millet mix and water. Mix well.

  6. Pressure cook for 2 whistles or cook covered until soft.

  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Fluff and serve warm.
