๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

  • Millets flakes – ½ cup

  • Potato (boiled & mashed) – 1 medium

  • Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp

  • Carrot (grated) – 2 tbsp

  • Green chilli (finely chopped) – ½ tsp

  • Ginger (grated) – ½ tsp

  • Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp

  • Cumin powder – ¼ tsp

  • Garam masala – ¼ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil – 1–2 tsp (for shallow frying)


๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Method:

  1. Soak millets flakes in water for 2–3 minutes, then drain excess water.

  2. In a bowl, add soaked flakes, mashed potato, onion, carrot, green chilli, ginger, coriander, spices, and salt.

  3. Mix well to form a soft dough.

  4. Shape into small round or oval cutlets.

  5. Heat a pan, add little oil, and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.

  6. Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
