๐ฝ️ Millets Flakes Cutlet / Tikki Recipe (1 Person)
๐งพ Ingredients:
Millets flakes – ½ cup
Potato (boiled & mashed) – 1 medium
Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Carrot (grated) – 2 tbsp
Green chilli (finely chopped) – ½ tsp
Ginger (grated) – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1–2 tsp (for shallow frying)
๐ฉ๐ณ Method:
Soak millets flakes in water for 2–3 minutes, then drain excess water.
In a bowl, add soaked flakes, mashed potato, onion, carrot, green chilli, ginger, coriander, spices, and salt.
Mix well to form a soft dough.
Shape into small round or oval cutlets.
Heat a pan, add little oil, and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
