🥣 Ingredients (For 2 People)

  • Healthy Millet Idli Mix – 1 cup (120 g)

  • Water – ¾ cup

  • Curd (optional, for softness & gut health) – 2 tbsp

  • Fruit salt / Eno – ½ tsp

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Oil – ½ tsp (for greasing idli moulds)


👩‍🍳 Method of Preparation

  1. Take 1 cup healthy millet idli mix in a bowl.

  2. Add ¾ cup water and 2 tbsp curd. Mix well to make a smooth batter.

  3. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.

  4. Add ½ tsp fruit salt and gently mix.

  5. Grease idli moulds lightly with oil.

  6. Pour batter into the moulds.

  7. Steam on medium flame for 10–12 minutes.

  8. Insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean, idlis are ready.

👉 Serve hot with coconut chutney or mint chutney.
