Bhagar flakes ko achhe se dhokar 3–5 minute ke liye bhigo dein aur extra pani nikaal dein.
Kadhai mein ghee garam karein, peanuts daal kar crunchy hone tak bhunein.
Ab jeera aur chopped boiled potato daal kar halkasa sauté karein.
Isme soaked bhagar flakes aur sendha namak daal dein.
Halki aanch par 2–3 minute gently mix karte hue pakayein.
Gas band karke upar se lemon juice aur coriander add karein (optional).
